Pre sales activities to support Usha Martin divisions in the definition of the best products.
Definition of custom design and manufacturing specifications to achieve the application’s needs.
Research and Development activities to improve the existing portfolio and to issue new products.
Active participation to the most important regulatory and technical associations of wire rope world to be continuously updated about market demands and developments.
Preparation of catalogue and technical manuals to follow the demands from the industry.

Post retirement analysis → comprehensive rope assessment on samples taken from the field, as a consequence of periodical replacement or unexpected issues.
Troubleshooting → by field visit or remotely, identification of possible rope issues and associated causes, with consequent operational recommendations.
Installation procedures → best practices to perform the initial rope setup and maximize the duration of the rope.
Inspection criteria → recommendations to perform an effective rope inspection, detecting possible issues in a timely matter and being able to carry out maintenance or containment actions.
Reeving assessment → evaluation of rope routing, sheaves and components dimensions and position, aimed to identify possible bottlenecks or criticalities.
Fatigue life evaluation → analysis of the individual components of the reeving in conjunction with the load spectrum, in order to provide theoretical figures about rope fatigue life.
