Global Design Center
Usha Martin Italia was founded in 2012 to support Usha Martin Group in the development of high tech ropes for special applications and to be the Global Design Center for all the divisions.
Since then, our team has been supporting the expansion of the Company within the major fields of application and projects, with particular focus to Oil & Gas, renewables and wind industry, industrial and port cranes, deep shaft mining, structural applications and cableways.
International committees
Usha Martin Italia is also actively engaged in the most relevant international committees, such as:
- IMCA – International Marine Contractors Association
- UNI, EN, UNSIDER – International Standard Bodies
- OITAF – International Organization for People Transportation
- OIPEEC – International Organization for Wire Rope Studies
